Hi, 
I'm exploring the use of Odoo for NHS related workflows. I've searched the Odoo Apps Store and GitHub but couldn't find any modules built specifically around NHS structures.

Also there is not much references available for Odoo in NHS.  I came across a few YouTube videos showing Odoo demos in healthcare contexts, but nothing concrete beyond that. Has anyone here worked on an Odoo implementation for an NHS organisation or UK public-sector healthcare body? Are there any open-source modules, case studies, or reference projects I could look at? 

Any pointers, even partial ones, would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Interesting question. I’ve also noticed that there seems to be very little publicly available information about Odoo implementations within NHS organizations. Most of the examples I’ve come across focus on general healthcare workflows rather than NHS-specific structures and processes. It would be great to hear from anyone who has experience adapting standard Odoo modules for public healthcare environments, especially around compliance, patient administration, or reporting requirements.

While there are healthcare-related Odoo implementations and demos available, NHS-specific modules or publicly available reference projects are relatively uncommon. Most NHS or UK public-sector healthcare deployments tend to rely on Odoo's standard applications (Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Helpdesk, etc.) with customizations to meet NHS-specific processes, reporting requirements, and integrations.

If you're exploring this route, it may be worth looking at healthcare-focused Odoo projects as a starting point, then evaluating the gap between standard Odoo functionality and your NHS/ICB requirements. Unfortunately, there are not many publicly documented NHS case studies or open-source NHS-specific modules available at this time.
