Using the Community Appointment module on Odoo.com to create and confirm appointments among 5 users, with each user approving their own appointments, is limited due to the module's basic features. A fully automated approval workflow isn't possible without custom development, which isn't feasible on Odoo.com unless you upgrade to a Custom plan and use Odoo.sh.

The most practical approach is a manual approval process with internal communication. User A creates an appointment for User B and then notifies User B via Odoo's messaging system or email. User B then manually confirms the appointment in Odoo. Training users on this process and encouraging clear communication are essential. Alternatively, you can use Stages to create a visual approval workflow, but this still relies on manual stage transitions. Another option is leveraging Odoo's Activity feature, but it's cumbersome and doesn't directly enforce approval. If a more robust workflow is needed, consider upgrading to Odoo Enterprise and using Odoo Studio or developing a custom module on Odoo.sh.
