Solution: Trionex stabilized the existing Odoo v15 setup, resolved FBR compliance gaps, and integrated Jinko and Smartlane. The system was upgraded to Odoo v18 with 31 custom modules covering sales, purchase, accounting, inventory, and multi-company management. Ginkgo integration enabled real-time product, pricing, and inventory synchronization. Data migration and testing ensured accurate transition, followed by go-live and KPI-focused dashboards for reporting and analytics.
