Mihran A. Beuyukian & Sons S.A.L. (MAB) is a family-owned company based in Beirut, Lebanon, specializing in the import, export, and distribution of industrial machinery and tools. With over 60 years of experience, MAB provides advanced industrial solutions across various sectors, including woodworking, aluminum processing, automotive equipment, dust extraction systems, and air compressors.

MAB chose NavyBits for their Odoo 18 implementation, with the primary goal of enhancing workflow automation and operational efficiency. Leveraging its expertise in ERP systems, NavyBits led a comprehensive digital transformation of MAB’s operations, aligning the system with their specific business needs.

One of the key contributions from NavyBits was the development of a custom Machine Profile module as part of the Field Service application. This advanced feature allows MAB to track the full lifecycle of each machine sold, including technical specifications, service history, warranty status, and linked spare parts, enabling more effective after-sales support and preventive maintenance planning.

In addition to the Machine Profile, the implementation also included automation of purchase and sales flows, inventory management, service tracking, user access control, and real-time dashboards, giving MAB improved operational control and decision-making capabilities.
