Somos quienes vieron un problema en el hecho de no saber cuándo y cómo íbamos a recibir una compra online.¿Cómo funcionan los buzones inteligentes de Citibox? Durante el proceso de entrega de un paquete, el mensajero recibe una clave de apertura única del buzón a través de la app de Citibox para mensajeros que le permitirá abrir el buzón y depositar el paquete en él.
Una vez se ha depositado, el destinatario recibe una notificación en su dispositivo móvil y se le informa de que la entrega ha sido realizada en los buzones inteligentes de su edificio.
Para recoger la compra online lo único que se necesita es tener es un dispositivo móvil y tener descargada la app de Citibox, pues esta será clave para abrir el buzón inteligente y recoger el pedido.
