In the highly competitive lettings agent market, it’s difficult to stand out. C&D Properties’ service is exemplary, but they were struggling to grow beyond their existing client base. Our mission with C&D was to maximise exposure to potential landlords and make it easier for them to market themselves.

The creation of a professional website using Odoo’s Website app, and some expert Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), has helped them achieve this mission. They now convert more leads than ever before thanks to increased organic traffic and higher conversion rates thanks to the built-in CRM system.

When a landlord gets in touch now, an opportunity is created automatically in the CRM app and can be easily and professionally followed through to completion.
