A user, with access rights "Employee" for the HR application, can set to draft an approved timesheet and modify it. I think it's a bug?

Have you relsolved this problem? I can't find the appropiate rule to disable "set to draft" option from aproved timesheets. I need your help.

I noted the same behaviour in Odoo 8. i assume that this can be solved by setting appropriate rules. Did you manage to do so ?
