You can do this directly in Odoo Studio, no need for custom code.

Here’s how:

1. Open any invoice
2. Click Studio (top right)
3. Go to the Report / Print view (this is important — you’re editing the PDF layout, not the form)
4. Open the invoice report (usually “Invoice” or “Account Move”)
5. Click on the field you want to remove (like Delivery Date or Source)
6. Press Delete or hide it using the properties panel
7. Save and exit Studio

If the field is part of a block (like a group or section), you may need to remove the whole block or adjust the layout slightly.

Because of this, even if the field is hidden in the form view, it can still appear on the PDF invoice.
