Looking for resources related to Technical Training

Question

We just became Odoo official partner and I would like to get my development team go through Technical Training. How should I proceed and what are the costs associated with it? I saw some where about 10 day bootcamp at the cost of $2500 which is out of my budget. Are there any economical options?
