When applying landed cost, if the costing method as average cost and inventory valuation as automated, the following things will be affected by the landed cost applied to the purchase:

1. Valuation adjustments in landed cost
2. Stock valuation
3. Journal entries
4. Cost of Product Increases

These entries will be affected on creating landed costs.
