Hi, I recently installed odoo 15 in Ubuntu 20.04 and I installed it the same way I did as the first time in another pc. The thing is that I can not create new DBs no matter how hard I try. I didn't change any configs from the fresh installation but yet it gives me errors. I made the `odoo.conf` file and everything. What am I doing wrong?

any error in log? it really hard to help if unknow the error
apparently it was an error I didn't see. kinda makes me wonder why it didnt happen the first time. although I fixed it now. thanks anyway <3
