YachtHub Group, a leading provider of luxury yacht services in Malta, offers a comprehensive range of in-house services, including purchasing, selling, building, chartering, managing, servicing, and maintaining luxury yachts. The group needed a robust system to efficiently manage the various projects, tasks, and services related to the yachts, as well as to ensure smooth operations and track financial performance.

The goal was to implement a system that could streamline project management, task assignments, fleet tracking, and accounting to ensure high-quality service delivery and enhance operational efficiency, while also providing a comprehensive view of ongoing projects and financials.

To achieve this, YachtHub Group implemented Odoo’s ERP system and utilized several modules to enhance its operations. The Project Module was employed to assign tasks to technicians and track projects associated with sales orders, ensuring efficient task management and progress monitoring. The Fleet Module enabled the company to effectively manage their fleet of boats, overseeing maintenance, servicing, and other fleet-related activities. Additionally, the Analytic Plans for Accounting Module provided better control over financials, offering detailed insights into the company’s expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance. This integration helped streamline operations and improve overall service delivery.
