Company background: Vital Equity Group is a limited liability company registered in Sierra Leone and established in May 2024 by a team of 13 professionals with diverse expertise in fields such as Mining Engineering, Biochemistry, Medicine, Survey, Civil Engineering, IT, and Finance. As the founder, chairman, majority shareholder, and finance director, I bring my experience as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. I have implemented Oddo for our group of companies and have been using the Odoo Community for the last three months. Size of our company: Vital Equity Group is an equity firm, which has 13 shareholders, including me and has four 100% owned subsidiary entities (namely, Vital Pharmaceuticals, Vital Survey, Vital Care, and Vital Fishing).
Kind of customers: We started by setting up a fully functional Oddo platform for our company and its subsidiaries in one database, and we are now looking to extend this service to SMEs and middle-sized companies.
Are you working with Oddo? Yes, I have established a fully functional group account in the Community Version for Vital Equity Group, which will be transitioned to the Enterprise Version soon.
If you have any customers: At this point, Vital Equity Group is the only customer ready to go, but I have two prospects that I expect to close by the end of this month (October 2024).

eMerge implemented various Odoo modules including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Project, TimeSheet, Helpdesk, Document & Sign to offer WDM a single platform for all their requirements, streamlining their processes and client communication, structuring the data flow and offer flexibility and accountability. A mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks.
With Odoo ERP, WDM were able to become more efficient and utilising more human resources into their core business rather than repetitive tasks. WDM is now looking forward for the introduction of Marketing and Website . Sklad umožnil presnú a okamžitú evidenciu pohybu tovaru (tvorba produktov cez KIT) a úprava aplikácie Kontakty zabezpečila lepšiu organizáciu dát o zákazníkoch (informácie o bonite klienta, histórii klienta) a dodávateľoch, čo zjednodušilo komunikáciu pri realizovaní zákazkovej výroby šperkov na mieru.
