BWK Sierbeton produces custom-made architectural concrete on behalf of contractors and architects. We make balconies, decorative and façade elements at our production site in Kruibeke.To scale up our operations we needed a system that helps us manage leads, make and track complicated quotations throughout the production process. With the help of Clubit we've replaced our custom software stack with a fully integrated Odoo application, that calculates prices in real time and manages scheduling of our manufacturing. Octogony est une société spécialisée dans la création, production et la vente des designs minimalistes et pointus utilisant la forme octogonale.
Le challenge était de mettre en place un outil de ticketing pour la gestion des retours et réparations, la gestion des leads et des ventes B2C via Shopify.
Mise en place du système ERP Odoo avec les outils nécessaires à la gestion du service client ainsi qu'à la gestion des réparations et des ventes de sacs. Enfin, nous avons relié l'e-shop de la marque à leur plateforme Odoo afin de suivre leurs ventes B2C jusqu'à la comptabilité.
Nous avons permis à Octogony un gain de temps en évitant un double encodage entre plusieurs systèmes informatiques.

Na overleg met hun boekhouder kozen ze voor Odoo als centraal pakket voor hun boekhouding. De omgeving wordt aangevuld met facturatie, rapportering en een koppeling met hun zorgsoftware zodat alle informatie netjes samenkomt. Daarnaast gebruiken ze binnen Odoo een kassa voor het restaurant, waardoor zowel zorg als hospitality vlot en uniform kunnen worden opgevolgd.

Badjawe Brasserie Coopérative SC-ES
We worked with a cooperative brewery in Liège to analyse the added value of Odoo for their business. We decided to use Odoo to manage sales, accounting, stock and production (including needs analysis and planning in relation to sales forecasts).
The main challenge was to resolve the administrative delays associated with using Excel with limited resources and time. We had to manage quite a lot of change in order to get the most out of the standard version of Odoo (with the use of integrated spreadsheets in particular).

To address these challenges, we are conducting a comprehensive analysis phase starting with a kick-off meeting to align stakeholders. This is followed by an AS-IS workshop to identify pain points and discover current processes.
