Cesar Debbas & Fils is a multinational technology and lighting solutions company founded in 1910 in Beirut Lebanon, specializing in lighting systems, MEP contracting, manufacturing, and smart building technologies. Operating across 16 countries with multiple entities including Debbas Systems, Debbas Industries, and international branches, the group manages large-scale projects with contractors and enterprises while handling complex procurement, manufacturing, and project-based sales workflows. As the company expanded, it relied on Oracle JD Edwards for ERP and Salesforce for CRM, creating operational inefficiencies due to the lack of integration between systems and limited visibility across sales pipelines and quotations. To address this challenge, Azkatech proposed implementing Odoo CRM as a first phase, enabling centralized opportunity tracking, quotation version management, forecasting dashboards, and improved collaboration between sales and support teams. This first step allows Debbas to replace Salesforce with a more flexible and cost-efficient platform, while paving the way for a future full Odoo ERP implementation covering accounting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and eCommerce.
