Benson Exhausts

Sapentia is delighted to working with Benson Exhausts on their Odoo installation. For more than six decades, Benson has been designing, manufacturing, and supplying high-quality OE and aftermarket exhaust components to the industrial and automotive sectors.

Benson is a prominent manufacturer of automotive parts, serving renowned brands such as CE-Last Silencers, Richard Bainbridge & Sons, Hawtin Industries, Bosal Exhausts, and TIMAX Exhausts.

Today, as a third-generation family-run business, Benson operates from a 2-acre facility in Manchester, employing over 75 staff. The facility is capable of producing 40,000 unique lines and managing 15,000 different components simultaneously. Annually, Benson manufactures over 360,000 high-quality OE and aftermarket components for both UK and international manufacturers and distributors, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.

Sapentia is working with Benson Exhausts to implement a complete business flow. They selected Odoo to replace their previous more limited ERP and their spreasdsheets to have an integrated solution that enables them to manage their business flows from initial prospects within Odoo's CRM, through to a tailored Sales app and to manage  Manufacturing and Finance within Odoo. They will manage the process using Odoo's Project Management app as well as a suite of Odoo supporting apps.
