Almarai Alarabia Trading, a part of Bin Hareez Holding Group, is a prominent company specializing in the trade of animal feed products, alongside its sister company that focuses on freight and cargo shipping services. Both companies previously operated using disconnected tools and manual processes, which created inefficiencies, duplication of effort, and a lack of unified oversight.

To address these challenges, Almarai Alarabia partnered with NGS to implement a multi-company Odoo ERP system, enabling both entities to operate within a single, centralized database while maintaining operational and financial independence.

For the trading company, a comprehensive ERP system was deployed to manage the full scope of commercial operations. This included modules for Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR—providing complete visibility and control over stock, procurement, customer relationships, and financial transactions. The system brought structure, automation, and real-time analytics to the company’s day-to-day activities.

For the logistics division, a fully customized freight management module was developed to handle the end-to-end process of cargo shipping. This included managing shipping requests, coordinating with shipping companies, tracking deliveries, calculating costs, and maintaining client communications—all integrated into the wider Odoo environment.
