I have different subscriptions started in different days but I need to generate all invoices at the end of the month. Can I do it?

You need to change the date of the next invoice.
If you want to automate this, you could create an automated action that changes the date of the next invoice at creation of the subscription according to the logic you need. With some python code you should be able to do that.
