Is there a method to create new Sales Orders or Invoices using the Documents app?

I have handwritten delivery slips that I wish to digitize for invoice creation in Odoo.

Is there a similar process to how vendor bills or customer invoices are generated?

I want to be able to take a document, open a new sales order, attach it, and then create a new quote or invoice from there.
