I wanted to ask is it possible with Odoo 10 to track a package?

Basically I want to follow this process: 

My facility sends out a pacakage to another different business (e.g. papers to sign) through postal service.
Once they sign the papers, they send them back to me.
I want to be able to follow this process via for example to know if the delivery has been started, did the postal take the package, did we receive the package again, etc.
