I would like to understand how do I create annual subscriptions in Odoo which have been previously invoiced in another software ? the use case would be annual software subscriptions which f.ex. start 01/10/24 and run untill 30/09/25 and we would like to get them in Odoo so the next invoicing round 1/10/25 it will run smooth ? We invocie 60 days before the end date of the subscription...

I hope you’re doing well!
1. Create Subscription Product:
- Create a product specifically for subscriptions (e.g., "Software Subscription"). Set it as a service with a recurring price.
2. Create Subscription in Odoo:
- Create a subscription for the customer in Odoo. Set the start date (01/10/2024) and end date (30/09/2025).
- Create the initial invoice for this subscription and set the next invoicing date to 30/07/2025 (60 days before the end date).
3. Create Recurring Plan:
- Create Recurring Plan record as shown in image
* set the invoicing schedule to ensure smooth renewal and the next invoicing round (e.g., 1/10/2025).
