- By using the 'Delete' function/option
- By using the 'Trim' function/option

There is no "Delete" Function in Odoo.
Only TRIM Function available.
Maybe option 2 is the correct answer
"Trim" is the best solution, except you want to do "REPLACE" formula.
You can either achieve through
- Interface
- Select the range of cells
- Click "Data" > "Data cleanup" > "Trim whitespace"
- Formula
- =TRIM(<here goes your range>)
