I have been facing a problem in the loading of the rewards in the POS screen, for the same order and same POS the reward orderlines sometimes are displayed and sometimes not, I think it is an issue related of the loading of active promotions programs, sometimes I have to close the POS and re-open it again for the reward lines to appear, note that I'm working with over 400 promotion programs and over 10000 products ...., did anyone encounter such a problem before or is there a custom module that I can buy to solve this issue ?
