When I closed the pos session one journal entry was created with the label = "Difference at closing PoS session",
So from which operation was this entry created in the journal of the pos session?

Hello,
The system automatically calculcates the difference between the cash you have counted and the cash you should have. In case it is zero, nothing happens. In case it differs from zero, you will have a warning proposing you check it again. In case you just accept, providing you have the rights to do it, the system will create an journal entry "Difference at closing PoS session", that is mandatory for accounting to be correct. (Debit and Credit need to match).

If you have different Cash Opening or Closing balance, then one entry will be created with the above label. You can check the below documentation for more details.
You are right there was that situation but I am talking about another situation which is create one journal line using "Difference at closing PoS session" label.
you may search this string in odoo code, only 1 place there are this string is available.
so question is that when this record is created.
