I cannot for the life of me see embedded PDFs in the backend in any of the modules. They display just fine on the website module, but not in modules such as accounting, Sign and the Documents module. I use the sample PDF in Sign, nothing shown. No errors that I can see. Cleared cache, different PDF viewer extensions, different browsers and even different computers. They show great anywhere else but the backend. This is using Odoo online of course the latest version they have. Any Help would be great!!

Yep! I have Odoo online saas~17.2+e. Tried everything. I need to use the sign module especially, and this issue is a showstopper. Images show great just the PDFs.

And things are working again! Started working this morning when I checked. Thanks to whoever fixed this.
Hi,
Please check the logs while opening the PDF from the backend, If there is any issue or facing it will be shown in the logs, Or if there are any warnings or issues in the log you can raise a ticket to the odoo support team with your query.
