I have configured outgoing mail server and test connection is also working. But when I am sending emails, it doesn't go to the receivers. I am not getting any error but mails are going to receivers.

Describe your outgoing mail server configuration. If Connection is working than i think it should be work. And you check that your mail code executed or not ??
Do you see erros in log file? Try to run openerp via command line and look into terminal messages.
