I'm comparing code customisations, customisations via the interface and as third option customisations with Studio.  
What are the pros and cons of each type of customisation? Especially related to updates to e.g. 14.1 or 15.0.

Hi,

If you are using the Odoo enterprise edition, you can prefer to do customization using the Odoo studio. Once you do with the studio, first of all it is easy for non techie peoples to use, as well as the migration cost will get reduce, if there is no customization other than studio, the migration will be free and it is included in the Enterprise contract.

if you have custom codes, you have to migrate those modules by your own or by paying.


If you are using the community edition, i will suggest you to do it from the custom modules.
