There are several third-party add-ons connectors to integrate Shopify with Odoo. From my experience, I'd say it's important to consider:

1. Exact requirements (e.g. do you use Shopify Fulfilment Network, product variants, etc.)
2. Data volumes (large volumes on odoo.sh can be a problem) 

If you have simple requirements, a small number of products and a low volume of orders the best selling connectors will probably work well.

If not, you should try to get the opportunity to test the connector!

And you must monitor the interface and check the error logs.  You should get around 3 months of support included with the purchase, so try to take advantage of that!
