This is a problem that has been a headache for months. We have a server with a huge capacity, it has 16 core processor and 32 GB RAM and also a DB server with 16 core processor and 64 GB RAM. My problem is, Our Odoo Server is running on a mid to low speed. But it's only using less than 10% of the CPU and less than 5% of the RAM. The DB Server is a n aws RDS server.  We have configured the workers according to our level of customization and System Resources.Can anyone suggest how to find out why it's happening?.
