Hi all!
Recently, I'm using the email functions of Odoo and send via sendgrid.net. Everything worked perfectly fine with Email Marketing module but when I send a test email to user for "reset password" or "auth signup", I get an error like this:
Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'.
SMTPDataError: 550
The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirementsSeems like it have reached the smtp server of sendgrid but still, the message said that " failed via SMTP server 'None'" and my sendgrid account is already a verified Sender Identity. I wonder is there anyway to fix this :(
