I am using office365 module which is syncing mails of my customers from my office365 account and create mails in Odoo against every individual customer but issue is that if some other user log in to Odoo all my emails are also visible to all other users.
Is there any way to prevent them or any other suggestions.
Or it is not possible?

You should use a catchall email account and not your personal mail account for this purpose. Please read the documentation carefully.
