How Do I Restore Product Categories?

I just deleted 4 product categories on my website but it ended up deleting every product category on the site, now all my products are in one massive list and looks a mess and is impossible to navigate.

How do I restore the categories?

Hi,
If you have backup, you can use it to restore the
data and you'll get your categories, but, the data between the backup
and the time of restore will be lost.
Once you delete a record, you can't restore it in odoo, if you are not using any recycling apps.
You can get info about deleted records if you have the Audit log app from OCA.

In future, try archiving instead of deleting.
