When I clicked Edit Profile button and tying to change Profile Image but Edit/Delete buttons are not working.

Hi,
Recently there are many changes are taking place in here in the Odoo forum, the issue might be due to it. Such issues during the updations will get fixed soon, some might take time.

Also i facing this issue, as niyas said, it will fixed soon.
Issue solved, you need to checked the chekbox something like public bottom of image to save image
