I am getting this failure reason for some of the emails from the Odoo 11 while sending.

The Recipients address is correct and I verified that.
SMTP server - smtp.office365.com
SMTP Port - 587
Connection Security - TLS (STARTTLS)
Yes, that's the login user's email and name. I will try to change that also.

We have fixed it by changing the user's MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS and MAIL_USERNAME to the outgoing email address in the Email templates.
