Hi,

You can backup the database from the database manager page. From the login page, click the Manage Databases button at the bottom,

then you will be redirected to the database manager page, or simply you can reach this page by typing the url as follows: domain or ip : port number/web/database/manager.

Here you will have options to backup the existing databases, and also the option to restore database.
