Hello, 

I seem to have accidentally deleted a reference in Odoo 11. Now, when I log in as Administrator, and try to view users, I get the error below:

(Document type: res.users, Operation: read)

Any help will be appreciated.

Goto Settings -> Groups , search Administration

Here select the Administration/Access Rights and add user  in users tab.
