With a legacy of more than 300 years of craftsmanship’s wise knowledge, the Private Label Group states itself as the aggregating force which is giving a new interpretation to the ancient Portuguese heritage on the manufacturing techniques.
By bringing together the best Portuguese furniture and lighting manufacturers, each one with its know-how carried on for generations, the Private Label Group grows them into brands, generating an encounter amidst the luxury design and the craftsmanship. Alongside with them, Private Label can enhance each one of the brands that is currently representing, by generating a powerful and never seen design force, giving them the space to grow up and honor the Portuguese craftsmanship legacy on a worldwide scale.
In addition to this, Private Label Group offers different services, from the residential to contract solutions and a design studio that draws one of the Private Label’s main forces.
We have been writing the history of the modern Portuguese craftsmanship, and we will continue to do it in the future!
O principal desafio foi automatizar todos os processo de forma a reduzir toda a carga administrativa e de gestão de produção.
Foi implementado o catálogo de produtos com toda a gestão de tecidos e acabamentos possíveis de ser definidos pelos clientes no website.
As listas de materiais estão automatizadas de forma a que a cada encomenda registada no sistema, as compras de matérias primas são geradas em função das escolhas dos Clientes..
A etiquetagem das matérias primas e de produto acabado permitem a movimentação da produção minimizando erros e automatizando os processos.
O processo críticos foram todos monitorizados aplicando o modulo de qualidade
As aplicações instaladas foram, manufatura, compras, inventário, qualidade, contabilidade, vendas
O grande ganho do projeto foi a otimização do pessoal necessário da área administrativa e do controlo e gestão da produção.
Os processos estão todos integrados e geridos em tempo real.
