A key piece of customization is the development of a custom CMDB application, in which technical data and documentation of customer installations are centrally recorded. This solution provides customers with insight via a digital logbook in the portal, in accordance with legal requirements. Additionally, an integration has been realized with an external PIM system via 2BA, enabling streamlined management of product information.
