Global Communication was founded in 1986 in Cairo, Egypt by Eng. Ahmed Kamal as a Sole Proprietorship. Originally, we were specialized in importing, distribution, & installation of Telecommunications equipment. Over a period of 30 years between 1992 & 2022, our company has been the only supplier & distributor for all Plantronics (later Poly) communication headsets in Egypt pioneering & growing this business in partnership with our vendor. 

With nearly 40 years market experience we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation in the Egyptian market, which is a direct result of our continuous efforts to meet the highest levels of service to our customers and business partners while always aiming to reach a Win - Win long term successful business relationship. In 2010, as part of our ongoing effort to provide superior service & ensure future business continuity our company was converted to a private owned Joint Stock company (S.A.E.).  In 2019, following the acquisition of Polycom by Plantronics & rebranding as Poly, we have decided to enter the audio video conferencing & collaboration market & became an authorized supplier and partner for the multiple audio video conferencing & communication brands in Egypt.
