Evogreen is a UAE-based environmental services company specializing in hazardous waste management, recycling, and sustainable material recovery. The company plays a key role in advancing circular economy initiatives across the region by providing fully compliant waste collection, treatment, and certification services for industrial and governmental clients. Their operations span waste stream analysis, sample testing, licensed transport, treatment, and the issuance of recycling and destruction certificates — ensuring both environmental and regulatory integrity.

Project Overview

Technova partnered with Evogreen Environmental Solutions as part of their digital transformation initiative to migrate critical business data and operations into Odoo. The first phase included the migration of Accounting and CRM systems to Odoo v19, moving from legacy tools and spreadsheets to a unified ERP environment.

 

The accounting migration was executed with a full reconciliation of historical data, including customers, vendors, balances, journal entries, and analytical accounts — ensuring continuity and accuracy. The CRM migration covered all client interactions, opportunity pipelines, and project tracking, enabling Evogreen’s business development team to operate from a centralized and data-driven platform.

 

Following the successful migration, Technova is now leading the full Odoo v19 implementation across all departments — including Operations, Logistics, Finance, HR, Production, and Reporting. The project will deliver an end-to-end digital ecosystem tailored to Evogreen’s complex workflows in waste tracking, licensing, cost analysis, and environmental compliance.
