ENES Textile Mill is company from Ramraj Cotton Group, established in 1983 is a pioneer in manufacturing of our traditional Dhoti. Oodu Implementers partnered with Ramraj to address key operational challenges, including the inability to monitor secondary sales, lack of visibility into distributor-level inventory, decentralized schemes and discount policies, and the absence of clear insights into order fulfilment lead times and retailer outstanding. To overcome these issues, we implemented a robust Distribution Management System (DMS) using Odoo apps, ensuring seamless integration between the Order Portal and the back-end ERP. This solution enabled centralized price fixation and monitoring, along with streamlined customer management supported by restricted product verticals. As a result, Ramraj now benefits from improved visibility, control, and efficiency across their distribution network.
