THE CHALLENGES
Since July 2022, Eleven Sports has made its B2B offering mandatory for all bars and restaurants: a paid license is introduced for operators from the foodservice industry who wish to continue to broadcast live sports programmes for their customers. Eezee-it had 5 weeks to implement a management solution via Odoo for this B2B offering, as well as its commercial and marketing levers.
THE SOLUTION
Eezee-it implemented a B2B license management solution through Odoo. Customers can register via a customised portal, choose the license that suits them and pick a
payment method to get access to their personalised portal. Marketing campaigns supported by Odoo are launched in collaboration with Eleven Sports. They aim to increase the number of licenses and foster customer loyalty. Eezee-it also managed the connectivity from A to Z to other Odoo partners (web services, Odoo APIs, links to marketing applications, etc). All customers, licenses, financial, marketing and commercial data are centralised within Odoo.
THE RESULT
Customer and license management are centralised within Odoo. The tracking process is automated and connected to the accounting platform. Portals have been developed for the client areas and for the provision of promotional tools. Eezee-it also assists Eleven Sports with its commercial campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and increase the number of licenses.
