As the company grew and managed large import volumes and complex product measurements, its existing systems created operational challenges in inventory tracking, product structure management, and financial reporting, especially with industry-specific requirements such as volume calculations, dimensional attributes, and category-based fiscal reporting. To address these challenges, Azkatech implemented a tailored Odoo ERP solution integrating accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, and warehouse management, while introducing custom product structures that automatically calculate timber volume, weight, and dimensions. This solution enables UTC to manage complex timber measurements, landed costs, and warehouse operations more efficiently while consolidating reporting and financial processes into a single unified system.
