Project.

Starting in 2018 we started to investigate the possiblity to transfer their business processes in Odoo. After many talks Profi Partner was convinced that Odoo was the best choice to replace their old ERP system and their old B2B web shop in Magento. 


The main goal was to have all processes in a central system which was running in the cloud. No more linking data together. The complete process took 5 months, and there where some problems to face. Open2Bizz created some custom modules, mainly for pricing. The default pricelist functions in Odoo where not suitable for their pricing policy. As well as Sales, but also for purchasing.


Also we integrated our Orbeon Form solution into the customer portal. This enables them to provide additional services for their end customers. Their employee can order custom supplies dedicated for their service.


After extensive testing we succesfully implemented Odoo as a company wide solution. Their CEO René van den Boogaard was and still is very satisfied with the extensive service from Open2bizz, who delivers more than a simple implementation service. Their dedication and support afterwards is very welcome.


Future

We are currently investigation migration to version 13 and hope to complete this process by the end of 2020.
