Customizations included an improved invoice template, cost center configuration, analytic tag distribution, and approval levels for expenses. Additionally, the new system provided project profitability reports, a forecasted budgeting feature based on historical data, and an enhanced HR module for employee benefit changes. With Odoo’s improved user experience and system integrations, Nurve Partners successfully enhanced its operational efficiency, financial oversight, and project management capabilities, ensuring seamless business processes and strategic growth.
