National Fund For Enterprise Support ( NAFES)

The National Fund for Enterprise Support (NAFES) is a joint initiative between the Government of Jordan and the Government of Japan, operating under the Higher Council for Science and Technology, with the mission of strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in Jordan.

As part of its digital transformation journey, Autographics – Odoo Partner implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP platform and bilingual institutional website to streamline NAFES operations and enhance stakeholder engagement. The solution covers finance, HR, CRM, project and grant management, procurement, and document management in a single unified system.

The platform enables efficient management of SME support programs, improves transparency, and provides real-time reporting and dashboards for decision-makers.

This implementation supports NAFES in delivering faster, more efficient services while strengthening its role in supporting entrepreneurship and economic development in Jordan.
