Minikid Sp. z o.o., an established company in the children’s fashion industry, was preparing to launch the Polish branch of a new European jewelry brand, Mira Mira. Although the brand was already present in several countries, entering the Polish market required a reliable local business structure and a flexible digital backbone.

The objective was to implement a scalable ERP solution (Odoo) to support the launch of the new brand, while also aligning with the operational needs of the existing Minikid company. The solution had to be agile enough for a fast go-to-market strategy and robust enough to handle long-term growth across multiple brands.

The implementation team customized Odoo to manage sales, inventory, and retail operations. The system was configured to support multiple business entities, ensuring a clear separation of data and processes. It was also tailored to local market requirements through interface personalization and localized configurations.

As a result, the client received a fully operational ERP environment, ready to support Mira Mira’s launch in Poland. Odoo now provides centralized control over inventory, sales workflows, and retail outlets, while offering the flexibility required for future expansion on both local and international scales.
