MPR Truck Parts is een specialist in de verkoop van onderdelen voor DAF-trucks, actief sinds 1991. Het bedrijf richt zich op de inkoop en demontage van complete, beschadigde of overtollige DAF-trucks en biedt gebruikte en gereviseerde onderdelen aan, zoals motoren, versnellingsbakken, differentiëlen en compressoren. MPR Truck Parts levert aan dealers, garages en (buitenlandse) importeurs en is RDW-geaccrediteerd.Samen met WeSolved heeft MPR Truck Parts Odoo geïmplementeerd, waarbij verschillende processen zijn geoptimaliseerd. Het boekhoudsysteem werd geïntegreerd voor nauwkeurige rapportages en realtime inzicht in financiële gegevens. Het voorraadbeheersysteem werd verbeterd, wat zorgt voor real-time inzicht in de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen. De inkoopprocessen werden geautomatiseerd voor een snellere en nauwkeurigere inkoopcyclus, terwijl het verkoopproces werd geoptimaliseerd voor een efficiëntere afhandeling van offertes, orders en facturatie. Daarnaast werd er een koppeling met trucks.nl gerealiseerd, wat de zichtbaarheid van producten vergroot en de verkoop bevordert. Deze implementatie heeft MPR Truck Parts geholpen bij het verbeteren van hun operationele efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.
