Ergänzt wurde das Projekt durch gezielte Prozessberatung, mit der wir bestehende Abläufe gemeinsam mit dem Team analysiert und optimiert haben. Durch den hohen Automatisierungsgrad und die klare Struktur der Prozesse konnte eine nachhaltige Verbesserung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe erreicht werden.

Mitarbeiter erfassen ihre Anwesenheits-, Abwesenheits- und Projektzeit. Verschiedene Erweiterungen wurden im Alleingang entwickelt. Im Verkauf haben Angebote dynamische Stücklisten, die jederzeit aktualisiert und neu berechnet werden können. Aersolution startete im Jahr 2006 mit den Projekten B747 Patient Elevator und B747 Medical Room. Das sind hochwertige Innenausbauten in Boeing Flugzeugen. Später kamen weitere Projekte dazu wie Galleys (so heissen Küchen in den Flugzeugen) für den Typ B767-400 und B737 FWD dazu. Kein anderes Transportmittel ist so stark reguliert wie die Flugbranche. Bis hin zur einzelnen Schraube ist jedes Teil genormt und mit Nachweisen/Zertifikaten belegbar.Jeder bei Aersolution Interior hergestellte oder verbaute Artikel muss eine vollständig nachvollziehbare Lieferkette haben. Odoo unterstützt dies perfekt. Zudem verknüpft Odoo einzelne Arbeitsschritte mit Dokumenten. Zum Beispiel vereinfacht die Verbindung der Produkte mit den CAD-Zeichnungen und Zertifikaten die Bestellungen, die nun elektronisch erfolgen. Bei der Lagerbewirtschaftung kommt ein Scanner mit Tablett zum Einsatz. Die Etiketten zu den Artikeln werden über einen mobilen Etikettendrucker ausgegeben. Eine grösstmögliche Flexibilität von Odoo war von Anfang an gefordert. Jedes Produkt verlässt Aersolution Interior AG erst nachdem es fotografiert wurde. Selbstverständlich sind die Fotos in Odoo abgelegt. Jeder Projektschritt wurde mit dem Team der Aersolution Interior besprochen. Die anschliessende Umsetzung erfolgte zum Teil durch das Team mit Unterstützung von Mint System, das jederzeit zu Rate gezogen werden konnte.

What braintec implemented:
braintec implemented a comprehensive digitalisation of André Koch's central business processes in Odoo. The financial processes – including complete accounting, asset accounting, automated invoice dispatch by email and post, and an integrated customer refund process – were efficiently mapped in Odoo ERP.
The sales process was also comprehensively digitised: the management of individual price lists per customer and the integration of Central Biller Distribution enable centralised invoicing of all sales orders directly in Odoo.
Warehouse management is fully automated using the barcode app and modern Zebra scanners, and shipping processes such as label and delivery note creation are quick and easy. Customised interfaces to logistics service providers such as Camion Transport, Post or DHL enable seamless shipping processing.
Another highlight is the individually designed B2B web shop. With portal access and role-based rights assignment, the e-commerce shop offers André Koch's customers an intuitive and user-friendly shopping experience.
