Challenge: Crown General operated with a highly fragmented, paper-heavy workflow across disconnected systems like Adsolut, Word, and Excel. This created severe administrative bottlenecks, forced constant manual data entry, and made calculating their complex "convection" pricing tiers highly error-prone.
The Digifiers Solution: Acting as a transparent and sustainable Odoo partner, Digifiers implemented a strict Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy. They focused entirely on Phase 1 "Must-Haves": Sales, CRM, Invoicing, and Accounting. The solution introduced an automated pricing engine to handle "convection" logic instantly and digitized the entire order entry flow.
